  • Account Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Processing

5. Detailed Refund and Cancellation Policy

Given the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:

  • General Rule (No Refunds): Because our products (software, e-books, mini-courses) are low-priced, digital, and instantly accessible upon purchase, all successful sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been successfully delivered to your account.

  • Payment Failures & Automatic Refunds: If a transaction fails or gets interrupted, but the purchase amount is still deducted from your bank account, our system and payment gateway are designed to initiate an automatic refund to your original payment method. This automated process typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your bank.

  • Manual Support for Stuck Payments: In the rare event that an automatic refund is not initiated due to a technical error, or if you do not receive access to your purchased product despite a successful deduction, you do not need to worry. You can contact our support team immediately. Please provide your transaction ID and proof of payment, and our team will manually verify the transaction to either grant you product access or process your refund.

6. Privacy, Analytics, and Data Tracking

  • In-Built Analytics: To ensure the highest level of privacy for our users, Fewne Assets uses a custom, in-house analytics system to track website performance and user engagement.
